At SwagUp management starts by empowering leaders to build their teams through transparency and honest feedback. These values are important to our moral fiber. We facilitate this with an open door policy for employees at every level. Our financial and sales numbers are reviewed monthly with all departments from fulfillment to marketing. We believe every seat at SwagUp contributes greatly to our growth, so it's important for us to share these metrics and allow everyone to have access to these numbers at any time. We start our mornings together in a quick meeting to review our daily goals. Our management has weekly one on one meetings to ensure individual growth and allowing employees the time to express any hurdles they may be facing. There are no private offices at SwagUp to ensure everyone is approachable no matter what title you have.
This was done intentionally to create and encourage employees to have access to managers and executives as needed. Our founder especially embraces this policy by having quarterly one on ones with each employee to thank them for their hard work and give each employee direct access. We understand it's not easy for everyone to voice their opinions, so we take it a step further by creating anonymous surveys on processes and management. We use this feedback to prioritize internal improvements that are needed and which initiatives our teams love. It's important as leaders to not only lead but allow all employees to know that their feedback is equally important and they have direct ability to change and impact processes.
