SwagUp is currently looking for someone to own our Procurement Division! Our Procurement Division is essential to our Sales & Operations functions, and we’re looking for someone to keep up with our fast-paced environment with a proven track record managing over $20 million dollar buying budgets, vast knowledge of supply chain and demand and logistics.
You’ll be in a key position to oversee our entire procurement department and ensure our team processes orders in a timely manner, working closely with suppliers on getting costs down and that they are meeting deadlines + standardize and automate the processThe ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and outstanding communication skills with a proven background in managing procurement teams, building out and managing to specific KPI’s, using data to make decisions and driving efficiency through process not people Our procurement department is one of the most important and key parts of our business, which requires someone with extensive experience in supply chain and procurement. This candidate would have to have knowledge of sources strategies, and work closely with suppliers on cost and meeting timelines.
